How can I transfer billing and invoice management to another team member?
Option 1: Update billing email only
Go to Organization Settings → Billing → Manage Billing
In Stripe, update the billing email address
This person will receive invoices but won't have GitBook access
Option 2: Transfer admin access
Make the new person an Admin in your organization
They can then access Organization Settings → Billing
Update payment method and billing details as needed
Remove your admin access if desired
Option 3: Change organization ownership
Add the new person as an Admin
Remove other admins if you want single control
The admin can manage all billing and team settings
Important considerations:
Only organization Admins can access billing settings
Billing email changes only affect who receives invoices
Payment method changes require access to the Stripe billing portal
